The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and who can communicate in a clear efficient way, is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's Sales and Service department goals.
Driving traffic for the sales department by setting appointments for prospective customers
Making inbound and outbound calls
Updating customer information
Following up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction
Any other duties that may be assigned
Education and/or Experience
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Compensation is based on experience and commission.
