Receptionist (part-time)
Overview
Handle all telephone enquiries into the dealership confidently and enthusiastically.
Introduce customers, whether face to face or on the telephone, to the appropriate personnel to make their enquiry or purchase.
Carry out administrative tasks to support other departments.
Monitor the traffic flow within the dealership, and document where and to whom customers are referred.
And be able to:
- Listen carefully, and transfer calls to the appropriate person and if not available then email clear messages.
- Page retail team members as needed and be able to provide information on the whereabouts of team members at any given time.
- Present a professional appearance and a positive, cordial attitude.
- Deal with an important level of telephone contact, including handling multiple phone calls.
- Maintain contact with customers and build appropriate relationships.
Essential Criteria
- 4 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths (Grade A-C).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate.
- Flexibility to cover sickness and holidays.
