Our top priority is everyone’s health and wellbeing. We are ensuring our premises are cleaned on a daily basis and are setting up safe vehicle collection points that are regularly sanitised. We highly recommend customers everywhere also follow the health advice of relevant authorities.

Our vehicle sales departments remain open, although if you prefer you can view our entire brand new and used car stock online at www.ballyrobert.co.uk. We also offer the option of sending you a personalised video of the vehicle of interest.

You can make an enquiry about any vehicle at anytime using one of our contactless options: by telephone, live chat or email. Our team will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible but please bear with us, we expect demand to be larger than usual during this period.

MOT Tests and Service bookings

We are currently able to deliver our usual service to ensure vehicles continue to be maintained and road-safe, passing necessary MOT tests.

It is advisable to either book your service or MOT test online or by calling our customer support centre on 028 91852262 Bangor or 028 90342221 Mallusk

On the day of your scheduled service please bring your vehicle to our safe vehicle collection points located at the front of the showroom. We will take care of your car and contact you when the work has been completed. We can also send you a video showing any areas of the car which require further work.

Pay securely over the phone or reserve online

Any work carried out on your vehicle can be paid for online or by card over the telephone to reduce human contact. Just ask our service reception team how to do this and they will guide you through this simple process.

Vehicle collection and delivery

If you are over 70 or in an at-risk category as specified by the Health authorities we will deliver your car back to your driveway. Due to the expected demand for vehicle collection and delivery, we request you allow us 48 hours to fulfil this service.
